Q. Prices quoted, are they per person?
A. All our prices are PER ROOM. The price that is displayed is the total price for the room for the duration you have selected. If you have selected more than 1 room, the total price will be displayed for the number of rooms you have selected and this is the total price for your party. If you wish to compare a per person price, you can divide the total price shown by the number of people in your party e.g. if the price displayed is £100 and there are 4 people in your party, the price per person is £25.

Q. Can I pay a deposit?
A. Where the following conditions are met, you will be given the option to pay a 20% deposit against your booking:
1. Total booking value must be £100 or greater.
2. Departure date must at least 6 weeks after the booking date.
Once your booking deposit is paid, you can make further payments on-line any time you wish, however please note that full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to departure. Failure to complete full payment will mean that your booking may be cancelled.

Q. Do I have to pay any extra taxes or fees?
A. No. The price you see is the price you pay. Prices are per room and will be displayed for the duration and room type you have selected.

Q. Do you accept non-UK credit cards?
A. Yes, we do accept credit and debit cards issued outside the UK. However, in order to protect both you as a customer and ourselves from potential fraudulent transactions, should you choose to pay for your booking using a card issued outside of the UK, you may be asked for additional security information.

Q. Do I have to list the names of all the people in my party?
A. For accommodation only bookings, we simply need a lead name for the booking, so you do not need to list all passengers. For flight/package holiday bookings we will need full details of all passengers.

Q. Can I view details of my booking once it has been made?
A. For accommodation only bookings, you will receive a confirmation email with full details of your booking. You can also view your booking on the My Bookings page of the site. You will need your booking reference (which can be found on the confirmation email you received from us at the time of booking) and the email address you supplied to us when you made your booking. You can also call us on 0844 449 9420 with any other queries you may have.

Flight/Package holiday bookings cannot be viewed online and should you have any queries regarding this type of booking, please call us on 0871 222 4004.

Q. What does the board basis include?
A. This can vary between hotels, but generally board basis would be as follows:
Room Only – The price covers just your use of the room. Usually means there will be no facilities for food preparation.
Self Catering – Again, the price is for the room only, but with self catering it usually means there will be facilities within the room for food preparation.
Bed & Breakfast – The price includes Breakfast (either continental or full English, dependent on the accommodation).
Half Board – The price includes breakfast and evening meal.
Full Board – The price includes breakfast, lunch and evening meal.
All Inclusive – The price will generally include all meals, snacks and drinks produced by the hotel (drinks will usually be restricted to locally produced items – please refer to the specific hotel details for the full all-inclusive terms applicable to your chosen accommodation).

Q. How far is my hotel from the airport?
A. Where this information is not listed within the detailed hotel information, our customer services team will be able to assist.

Q. Can I request an upgrade?
A. Upgrades can be requested via the booking form. Please note - Whilst we will do our best to secure this for you, we are unable to guarantee any special requests.

Q. Are there any free child places available?
A. At Quickrooms, we try to avoid gimmicks so we do not advertise free child places. Our prices are per room, so any free child places will be deducted from the overall cost and you will see the lowest available price for the room you have selected. We are confident that our prices will be some of the best around, even when compared to other sites that do offer free child places.

Q. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
A. Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please refer to the relevant cancellation policy.

Q. Do you 'price match'?
A. We believe we already have some of the most competitive prices available. However, if you do find the same hotel much cheaper anywhere else, then please contact our reservations team.

Q. How is my booking protected?
A. Quickrooms.com is a trading name of Personalised Travel Services (PTS) (Company registration number 03857127) Glendale House, Glendale Business Park, Sandycroft, Nr Chester, CH5 2DL. ATOL 3973.
Quickrooms contracts approximately 4000 direct contracts and in addition provides a further 50,000 accommodation units from ten other leading accommodation providers. Our search facility is impartial which ultimately means we always provide you with the best prices around. Testament to this is the fact that over 400,000 customers have now benefited from our great prices and traveled with Quickrooms. Your money is also secure as we only pay accommodation suppliers and hoteliers following your departure, therefore you have protection from booking right through to traveling with us.

Q. Are there any additional charges for bookings made using non-UK credit/debit cards?
A. All credit card payments are subject to a set fee (details of the exact charge for each card type can be found on the booking page), there is no charge for paying by debit card. We will not make any additional charges for using a non-UK credit/debit card. You may find that some banks will make a charge for converting payments from GBP (all payments to Quickrooms are taken in GBP) back into other currencies. If you are unsure, we recommend that you check with your card issuer.

Q. If I choose to display the price in a currency other than GBP, will the price displayed be the final price that I pay?
A. The facility to display prices in currencies other than GBP is provided on our Accommodation only search and is for information only. All payments to QuickRooms.com are taken in GBP and any conversion into other currencies will be made by your card issuing bank at the time of processing the payment. Exchange rates are updated daily, but we cannot guarantee that your card issuer will use the same rate.

Q. I want to search for several rooms, with different combinations of adults and children in each room. How do I do this?
A. Our search function is restricted to search for a single adult/child combination per search. Should you wish to search for multiple rooms with different combinations of adults/children, then each different combination would require a separate search.
If you are looking for multiple rooms, all with the same combination of adults/children, then this can be done in a single search (subject to a maximum of 4 rooms per search). Should you have large group requirements, then please either email us with your request details via the 'contact us' page, or call us on the number shown at the top of the page.

Q. What is ATOL Protection?
A. ATOL is short for "Air Travel Organisers Licensing" and applies to packaged holidays including flights and accommodation. It was introduced to protect consumers from losing money or being stranded abroad because of the failure of travel firms and airlines. When you book a package holiday with QuickRooms.com, because we are fully ATOL protected you can rest assured, safe in the knowledge that your money is secure.

If a scheduled airline you book with us ceases operations, we will financially protect you by refunding your holiday and finding you an alternative or if you are already abroad we will arrange another flight home for you at no additional cost.
